Yoga Does It

Asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), and meditaion are the three main principles in a yoga practice. Since I have been carless in the OC, I have been taking the bus to Bikram Yoga in Fulleton. There I trade a few hours a week for unlimited yoga practice. So far I have been to 4 classes and already I can see the difference in my body. Everything is toned and I love it! Besides being a great workout, yoga helps with stress and helps balence the mind. I feel so much more at ease and less stressed about my current position.
